Yes, many of our styles can be customized with prescription lenses. Simply select the 'Add Prescription' option on the product page and upload your latest eye exam details.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, ensure the tags are intact and contact our support team to initiate the process.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For customized prescription orders, please allow an additional 7 days for lens processing and quality checks.
Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
Absolutely. All Eyewearlabs sunglasses come with UV400 protection, which blocks 99% to 100% of harmful UVA and UVB radiation to keep your eyes safe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
