At Eyewearlabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your frames don't fit perfectly or you're not happy with the style, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack the Items

  Place the eyewear, original protective case, and cleaning cloth back into the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
